Great tips Tomiwa. Network Marketing is a peoples business. With the effort you put into LEARNING HOW TO MARKET and deliver the content over and over and over again persistently and consistently.

Learning to generate leads is the way to go to get out of this rut of working for someone else and merely existing.As u mention a job pays u for the time spent working when u get sick what happens if your not insured?? Many work a job and work network marketing part time until it pays then they move their full time job to part time and so on...until freedom.Thanks for shareing Tomiwa

Hi Tomiwa,

thanks for sharing your insights. Working on a job is rules by fear of mistakes, that's why no one really likes taking responsibility. Building a network marketing business is ruled by fun and joy of learning and personal devlopment - at least it should be. More often than not it's not because it's the same people.

I agree with you all the way. as tempting as it would be to have people work along side with you. It is important for you to go through a face to face talk to know what this person is looking for and see if they possibly qualify for this type of business. Really Really important. I would rather see people succeed rather than make a quick buck. My efforts is on seeing that most people are winner's in this. Thanks for sharing

You're absolutely right when you mention the blind leading the blind. There is so much hype on line that people are led to believe that they can make $10k a month with no prior experience. However that is so far from the truth. People need to be informed of the work it takes and how much dedication you will need to have.
